Also included is a Cost Breakdown Structure that shows the split of Preliminaries, Plant, Materials, and Labour. Each of these subheadings is given as a percentage of the total cost and the actual value in GBP.
Once instructed to proceed with works, we will provide you with an initial forecast for the projected payment applications for the entire length of the project. You will have complete foresight and control over budget and payments.
Our work sign offs follow on from our Bill of Quantities so not only do they substantiate work that has been delivered, they also entirely match the value of our payment applications, invoicing, and final accounts. Our electronic sign of sheets give precise detail of all completed areas along with photographs for ultimate substantiation.
