We’re entirely transparent on cost

• This starts with the way that we present our Quotations and Tenders to you.
• Unity Industrial Cleaning’s quotation will present you with a fully listed Bill of Quantities giving you the smallest detail with a value against each room or area.
• We also include a table that shows the split of Preliminaries, Plant/Machinery, Materials, and Labour by both percentage of cost and the actual value. This provides you with a comprehensive Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) unrivalled in our sector.
• Once we have received your official instructions to proceed, we will provide you with an initial forecast for the projected payment applications for the entire length of the project. You will have much better control over budget and payments.
• Our work sign offs follow on from our Bill of Quantities so not only do they substantiate work that has been delivered, they also entirely match the value of our payment applications, invoicing, and final accounts.
  
  

Compliance

• Your site team will receive site specific RAMS by email in good time before our start-on-site date. These will also be handed to your site manager, in hard copy format, when we arrive on site for the first time by our Project Director.
• As your site may very well be fluid as works progress, we will always adapt our approach and present RAMS to cover any changes in the way we deliver our work.
• Unity Industrial Cleaning will provide copies of relevant company policies, and certainly our H&S policies upon receiving your instruction to proceed.
• Our insurances and accreditations are always available for you and your project team.
• We are a Constructionline Gold accredited company.

• Unity Industrial Cleaning work collaboratively with other contractors and your Site Team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all.  Our Project Director, who is dedicated to your site, will always work with your site management team to ensure the best approach for our measured works.
• Each project is delivered by a professional team of CSCS qualified operatives – with each team coordinated by a working site manager. Operatives hold PASMA, iPAF, and other qualifications where required. Our Rope operatives are IRATA qualified to the required level that the works require.
• Delivery of your scheme will always have substantiation; we do this via electronic checking lists with photographic evidence for ultimate transparency and clarity for you and your clients.

Our Builders Cleans leave your site ready for the finer detail where an exceptionally clean environment is essential for the final Trades to complete their scope of works.

Sparkle Cleans: Our Sparkle Cleans are designed to give your building a final, thorough clean before it is handed over to the client, leaving it looking its best.

Rope Access: We have teams of skilled technicians who are trained in rope access cleaning, allowing us to clean hard-to-reach areas safely and efficiently. We can also deliver: high level painting, high level sealing and mastic, rope access maintenance, at height repairs and inspections, high rise glazing installation and repairs, dropped object prevention, and sign installation/removal.

Sports Stadia: Unity Industrial Cleaning are the first choice for several premiership football clubs for the high level and structural cleaning of their stadiums. References are available should we be instructed by you as we comply with our client’s confidentiality requirements.

Mould Removal: Our experienced team can safely and effectively remove mould and other harmful substances from your building, improving air quality and ensuring a healthy environment.

Window Cleans: We offer window cleaning services for buildings of all sizes, using the latest equipment and techniques to achieve a streak-free, sparkling finish.

Bird Guano Removal: Our team can safely remove pigeon guano and other bird droppings from your building, helping to improve its appearance and maintain hygiene standards.

Cabin Cleans: We provide cleaning services for cabins and other temporary structures, ensuring that they are kept clean and hygienic.

Construction Site Security:  Our teams provide a service that is imperative for the protection of your project, and your assets, and for the safety of all visitors to site.  We can provide manned guarding and CCTV coverage (including remote access systems) and anything else in between.  We can organise temporary security buildings, security barriers, and welfare from as soon as your require these on site until you give complete control of the building to the client.  All of our operatives are SIA licenced.
